With over 10 years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist in the outpatient clinical setting specializing in eating disorders and weight management, I founded Nutrition Breakthru with a mission to provide personalized support tailored to each client's unique journey. My approach is rooted in an "food freedom" philosophy, promoting a healthy relationship with food while achieving sustainable health goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature, playing golf, mountain biking, dancing and eating tacos!
